During one of my several ferry trips to Sardinia, I found a drawing hung into my cabin entitled Outline of the island. It was in the end of September 2020, during the pandemics, when the perception of any distance, of any kind of distance, was drastically enhanced. The idea that in some hours I was going to cross the outlines of my birthland, after more than one year, became tangible exactly at that moment.
